If at any time durg therequired inspections and certification process regarding the integrty or performance of the cap, itis determined by the paries that thepavement in the easement area requires repairs, it shall bethe responsibility of the Grantee to perform all required work at its sole cost and expense withinthe time frames mandated in order to assurecompliance with the landfill closure approvals andrequirements.(i) Full Assurance.
