The "Off-DutyEmployment Trust Account" shall be administered by the Fiscal Bureau ofthe JerseyCity Police Deparent~ which shall make a wrtten report to the Chief of Policeevery ninety (90) Days regarding said account. Payments to police offcers shall beon abi-weekly basis with all appropriate deductions. All payments must be remitteddirectly to the City of Jersey City for said account.
