The purose of the landscape featue is not only toact as screening for the gipage strcture, but to also serve as a backdrop for the golfcourse. Pedestrian access to tIie parking structure shall beprovided to and from each ofthe residential/hotel buildings constructed above therooftop deck; and to and from the parking structure and the Waterfront Walkway andthê retail uses located in the façade ofaccessthe parking structure. In addition, pedestrianshall be provided from the Waterfont Walkway, vià stairways, tothe rooftopdeck of the parking strcture. '21
