Manager (Admn.)/Asstt.Manager (O&M) and PrivateSecretaries with 5 years continuousservice in the respective grade andwho have successfully completed thetraining courses prescribed by thecompany from time to time shall beeligible to appear in the DepartmentalCompetitive Examination.Note : However, where the fieldbecomes too large, covering an undulywide range of seniority, the Boardmay in its discretion restrict the fieldof selection to ten times of theexisting/anticipated vacancies.Transfer-on-deputation/transferOfficers of the Central/StateGovernment :-A. 1. holding analogous posts; or2. with 5 years service in posts inthe scale of pay of Rs. 8000-13500 or equivalent or.3. with 8 yrs. service in posts inthe scale of pay of Rs. 6500-10500 or equivalent andB. Possessing experience inAdministration, disciplinary cases,Establishment and Accounts matters.(period of deputation shall ordinarilynot exceed three years).13.
