349Control of proportional valvesProportional valves can either be controlled using a controlelectronics (Type 1094) or can be controlled using a plug-oncontroller (Types 8623-2, 8624-2 and 8625-2). In principle, thecontrol electronics Type 1094 converts the analogue set valuesignal at the input into the corresponding, pulse-width modulatedoutput signal with which the valve is controlled.
