Electricaland pneumatic control components as wellas position feedback units and optional fieldbus interfaces (AS-Interface or DeviceNet) areintegrated into the control head.Possible scope of functions:• Control of process valves- single-acting or double-acting- with 2 or 3-position actuator- with seat lift actuator.• Position feedback with max. three adjustableinductive limit switches or two microlimit switches• Electrical control of control head, optionallyvia multipole (parallel wiring) or field businterface (AS-Interface or DeviceNet)• Relief valve for burst protectionThe Type 8631 TopControl ON/OFF headperforms the task of completely automatingpneumatically operated process valves.
