(2). Orientation to the elementary school and<br />
classroom. Analyze school/classroom organization<br />
and teaching styles. Observation and limited<br />
participation teaching individuals/small groups.<br />

EED 752. Student Teaching in Elementary School<br />
(6). Practice teaching individuals, small groups, and<br />
large groups with close guidance from teacher. Attend<br />
to cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of<br />
children. [Full-time fieldwork in assigned classrooms<br />
during the first week and last 7 weeks of fall semester.<br />

EED 753. Fieldwork in Elementary School<br />
(3). Orientation to the elementary school and<br />

EED 776. Mainstreaming (2). Concept and<br />
practice, as provided in California Master Plan<br />
for Special Education. Referral, assessment,<br />

clear (Ryan) multiple or single subject credential.<br />

Workshop (3). Revising ENGL 100/ENGL 100A<br />
portfolio and/or creating new essays. Critical<br />
reading of student texts. Workshop and lecture.<br />

who failed ENGL 100/ENGL 100A portfolio<br />
must complete this course to fulfill GE. Students<br />
