Publish or perish!! Credit for advances in surgery are marked by successful publication in peer reviewed journals, and<br />
are the single most important element of surgical career development.<br />
SESSION OBJECTIVES<br />
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:<br />
• Articulate the types of manuscripts and the components of a scientific manuscript<br />
• Construct a surgical scientific manuscript, prepare it for publication, and improve it’s likelihood of acceptance<br />
