Check In<br />

9. On the Quick Access Toolbar, click Save, and then click the Page Layouts workspace<br />

tab.<br />

A green check mark is displayed to the left of JobVacancies.aspx.<br />

10. Click the icon to the left of JobVacancies.aspx, and then on the Page Layouts<br />

tab, click Check In. When the Check In dialog box opens, click OK.<br />

The file JobVacancies.aspx is checked in as a minor (draft) version and will be visible<br />

only to other page layout <strong>designer</strong>s.<br />

11. In the browser, click Site Actions, All Site Content, and then on the All Site<br />

Content page, under Document Libraries, click Pages.<br />

12. On the Documents tab, click New Document to display the Create Page page. In<br />

the Title box, type HR Manager EMEA, and then press TAB.<br />

HR-Manager-EMEA appears in the URL Name box.<br />

13. In the Page Layout section, scroll down the list, and click (Welcome Page) Job<br />

Vacancies Page Layout. Click Create to display the All Documents view of the<br />

Pages library.<br />

14. Click HR-Manager-EMEA, to display the page in the browser, and then on the<br />

Page tab, click Edit.<br />

Two field controls are listed: Title and Scheduling End Date. The Title box does not<br />

provide you with the ability to modify the look and feel of the text, such as the<br />

font, font size, or color.
