Foreword IIt is an honor and privilege to write thisforeword. I have come to know Dr. Phang ChengKar as a kind and compassionate Buddhistpsychiatrist who has done Dhamma work formore than ten years, in particular the formationof the Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Mental HealthAssociation (BMHA).
