Instructions for Authors<br />

3. three or more authors:<br />

Darwin, Huxley & Haeckel (1861): use name <strong>of</strong> first author with: Darwin et al., 1861.<br />

List <strong>of</strong> references<br />

References in <strong>the</strong> article should be listed at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> paper in strict alphabetic order,<br />

i.e., firstly by <strong>the</strong> name <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> first author, <strong>the</strong>n by <strong>the</strong> name <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> second author.<br />

Order should be by year <strong>of</strong> publication if all authors <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir sequence are identical for<br />

more than one reference. If <strong>the</strong> first author <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> year <strong>of</strong> publication are <strong>the</strong> same for<br />

more references, small letters behind <strong>the</strong> year must be used both in quotations in <strong>the</strong> text<br />

<strong>and</strong> in <strong>the</strong> list <strong>of</strong> references to allow unambiguous allocation <strong>of</strong> each reference. Format<br />

<strong>of</strong> references is as follows:<br />
