La disposición de los mismos se ha hecho efectiva en 2013.En el ejercicio 2011 y con el objetivo de financiar las inversiones de dicho ejercicio, la Sociedadsuscribió tres préstamos por un importe total de 65.822.160 euros con un plazo de duración dediez años.Los intereses a corto plazo, devengados y no pagados a 31 de diciembre de 2012, asciendena 66.234 euros, los cuales están incluidos en el epígrafe 2. “Deudas con entidades de crédito”,dentro del apartado III “Deudas a Corto Plazo” del Balance de Situación. Dicho importe al cierredel 2011 ascendió a 239.009 euros.El importe imputado en concepto de gasto financiero neto durante los ejercicios 2012 y 2011 hasido de 20.071.647 euros y 17.135.602 euros respectivamente.El detalle de vencimientos de las deudas a largo plazo a 31 de diciembre de 2012 y 2011 es elsiguiente:159
