La Ing. SusanaYturry, gerente de Agroexportaciones de laAsociación Peruana de Exportadores (ADEX),manifiesta que el sector agroexportador estámuy golpeado debido a la crisis de loscontenedores, la volatilidad del dólar y elencarecimiento de los fletes. Sin embargo,el subsector no ha perdido el optimismo ycontando con el compromiso asumido porlos clientes; la asesoría y el destrabe de barrerasa cargo de ADEX, apoyo vital, se esperaque este año puedan superarselas cifras previas a la pandemiaPor: Rodolfo Ardiles Villamonte— ¿Cuál es su evaluación sobrelas agroexportaciones peruanasdurante este 2021, Ing. Yturry?— Para el cierre de este año podemossuperar o al menos alcanzarlas cifras que teníamos en el 2019.Además, hemos observado un fenómenointeresante, porque desde elcomienzo de la pandemia, el sectoralimentos nunca paró y se mantuvotrabajando; esto ha sido así durantelos dos últimos años. En este periodolos agroexportadores nos hemosadecuado a una nueva manera detrabajo, con nuevos sistemas.
