ou retrait –, ce chiffre atteint 201<br />
millions. Ces femmes courent le risque<br />
<strong>de</strong> grossesses non désirées parce que les<br />
métho<strong>de</strong>s traditionnelles <strong>de</strong> p<strong>la</strong>nification<br />
familiale sont beaucoup moins efficaces<br />
que les métho<strong>de</strong>s mo<strong>de</strong>rnes comme <strong>la</strong><br />
stérilisation, les préservatifs, les dispositifs<br />
intra-utérins, les pilules et les contraceptifs<br />
