Heureusement, il suffit de peu pour stimuler notre immunité.<br />

Faites le plein de zinc !<br />

Consommez de petites portions d’aliments qui en<br />

sont riches, comme les huîtres.<br />

Misez sur la vitamine C et le bêta-carotène !<br />

Kiwis, agrumes et choux sont riches en vitamine<br />

C, tandis que fruits et légumes rouges (poivron,<br />

potiron, tomates) concentrent le bêta-carotène.<br />

Des probiotiques au quotidien !<br />

Les probotiques améliorent la qualité de la flore<br />

intestinale. Mangez donc un yaourt au quotidien et<br />

suffisamment de fibres végétales.<br />

Dormez tôt et… suffisamment ! Se coucher tôt<br />

pour vaincre les microbes<br />

Le manque de sommeil chronique provoque la<br />

fatigue, rendant l’organisme plus vulnérable aux<br />

microbes. Il faut donc se coucher plus tôt, et<br />

profiter des week-ends pour se reposer.<br />

Et… du sport<br />

L’exercice favorise la circulation des cellules du<br />

système immunitaire et permet de renforcer les<br />

défenses immunitaires.<br />

Kiwis, citrus and cabbage are rich in vitamin C, while red fruits<br />

and vegetables (bell pepper, pumpkin, tomatoes) concentrate betacarotene.<br />

Probiotics on a daily basis!<br />

Probiotics improve the quality of intestinal flora. Eat a yoghurt<br />

daily and sufficient vegetable fibre.<br />

Sleep early and ... enough! Go to bed early to defeat microbes<br />

Lack of chronic sleep causes fatigue, making the body more<br />

vulnerable to germs. So go to bed earlier, and use the weekends to<br />

rest.<br />

And ... sport<br />

Exercise promotes the circulation of cells in the immune system<br />

and helps to strengthen immune defenses.<br />
