Its text, drawings, keys and ecological tables have now been completely updated by several specialists, taking account of taxonomic changes and immigrant species. Pelagic lacustrine Microcrustacea have been added and Arachnida mentioned. This French version is the result of a close cooperation between AFL and GEOLAB. The support of AQUAREF makes this book of 188 pages available at the direct-selling price of 34 euro. Keywords: Morphology; taxonomy; biology; ecology; international cooperation. Resumé Le livret précédent avait été reproduit plusieurs fois sans changement depuis 1991. Son texte, ses dessins, clés et tableaux écologiques ont été mis à jour par plusieurs spécialistes en tenant compte des progrès de la taxonomie et de l'apparition d'espèces invasives en Europe occidentale. Les microcrustacés pélagiques lacustres ont été ajoutés et les Arachnides ont été mentionnés. Cette version française est le résultat d'une collaboration étroite entre AFL et GEOLAB. Le support d'AQUAREF permet la distribution hors commerce du fascicule de 188 pages au prix modéré de 34 euro. Mots-clés: Morphologie;taxonomie; biologie; écologie; cooperation internationale. Il suo testo, i suoi disegni, chiavi e tabelle ecologiche furono aggiornati ad opera di parecchi specialisti, tenendo conto dei progessi della tassonomia e dell'arrivo di nuove specie invasive nell'Europa Occidentale. I Microcrostacei pelagici lacustri furono aggiunti e gli Aracnidi menzionati. Questa versione francese fu un'opera di grande collaborazione tra AFL e GEOLAB. Il sostegno di AQUAREF permette la 63
