AIM OF STUDYTo analyze how pupils feel in school. To find out what are the reasons of pupils‘motivation and how aggressiveness affects them. To analyze how important is pupils‘ innerworld to be successful at school.MATERIALS AND METHODSThe pupil's personal development is closely linked with his/her knowledge. Individualapproach is particularly important in learning process. It is very important student‘s individuality in his/her learning process. ProfessorJ.Lauţikas pays special attention to the student's personality, because he says that cognition ofstudents and individual access in the educational process are inherent in the educational andoutdoor activities, and therefore there is a big importance of seeking to know students in theirdevelopmental process and influence them accordingly to their personality. One of the mainfactors raising the student's individuality is learning. Practice in school shows that the childrenhave different abilities, motives and tendency to learn. Researches in the general educationschool, have shown that teaching and learning success depends on the success depends on ofstudents' inner states, motivations, paying to learn, determination and endurance (Lauţikas, asit was mentioned by Kontvaintas in Pedagogika, 2003).The concept of "failed study", "bad students" is used to identify the pedagogic process,in which results are not satisfied with students, teachers and the general society. Failedlearning causes substantial damage to the personality. The child's social, mental developmentof dependence on learning results is clearly proved in the various researchers‘ works. Thesestudies indicate that student's acquired knowledge, skills, and with them formed mentaloperations speed up children‘s development. In theoretical level, it is important to clarifywhether the reason of failed study lies in the child's nature or the pedagogical process. Someadvocates think that children born with different aptitudes, they develop not in the same speedso it is natural that some students study bad or study two years in the same class. As a balanceto the individual nature, most of modern didactics‘ conceptions approach individuality associal person, emphasize the external conditions and learning importance on child‘s mindset, feelings and behavior.L. Vygotskis associates learning success with the development of student individualcharacteristics, social context and relationships arising from it. He states that student's mentaltraining affects the learning organizing, consistently forming ability. Professor J.Lauţikasdifferentiated two main groups why students study badly – inner (subjective) and outside(objective). The first group includes students‘ health, some diseases, students‘ psychologicalfeatures, cognitive process, behavioral motive, point of view, will; second – social factors.(Vygotskis, Lauţikas, as it was mentioned by Barkauskaitė, Indrašienė, Gaigalietė,Rimkevičienė, Vasiliauskas in Pedagogija (Barkauskaitė, Gaigalietė, Rimkevičienė,Vasiliauskas, 2004).Students‘ bad studying depends on their motivation. Motivation - a process thatencourages a person to achieve the important objectives or to satisfy his/her needs. Whatdetermines students‘ learning motivation? Student‘s learning motivation depends on manyfactors – inner interest and a fear to be punished. It is proved that motivation is associatedwith development of individual‘s identity, system of his/her values, cognition of import.Learning becomes superficial when a stimulus is to pass a test, to please a teacher or toachieve some other temporal aim. The long-term knowledge is taken over only when the newknowledge merges with personal motivation, which gives a sense of life.Ian Reece and Stephen Walker highlight some the main internal and external factorswhich trigger curiosity of learning motivation. Pupils' motivation is increasing, if they have arole in satisfying their basic needs – success (when they achieve their aims), recognition(friendly relationships with their classmates and teachers), leadership (becomes leader of the159
