In this work it is proposed a investigation to allow the development of a free<br />
technology to edit brazilian sign language, LIBRAS. The software will be composed<br />
by a tridimensional virtual model able to perform any gestural movement of a human<br />
body. The gestural movements will be inserted in the software data base by any<br />
people who can sign brazilian sign language. This work is a literature review. This<br />
study presents LIBRAS, language, inclusive education, computacional inclusion and<br />
disability definitions. Focusing the Information Technology, are presented Human<br />
being Computer Interaction, Accessibility and usability. As scientific contribution, it<br />
is presented the tecnical specifications of this research. The software specifications<br />
are composed of use cases, requirements, classes and interface design. It is<br />
expected with this study to allow a future implementation of a sign editor once it<br />
presents all project analysis of the software.<br />
