DGPPN Congress 2009 – English Programme

Registration for Congress and DGPPN Academy
Please use the the registration form on page 115 to register
for the Congress and the DGPPN Academy for Continuing
Medical Education or register via the homepage at
www.dgppn­congress.de.
Attendance at the DGPPN Academy can only take place in
conjunction with registration for the congress. 2­Day Workshops
will be offered.
Booking confirmations will be made in the order of their
receipt at the congress office. Registrations received after
10 November 2009 will be booked on site. Confirmations
will not be sent out after 10 November 2009.

Registration fee for participants includes:
n Admission to all scientific sessions. Please note, that the
DGPPN Academy for Continuing Medical Education programme
is not included in the registration fee. A separate
registration and payment is necessary.
n Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Get­together
n Admission to the poster exhibition and technical exhibition
n Congress material (final programme etc.)
Cancellation of Congress Participation
If you need to cancel your congress participation or your
participation in the educational programme, please notify
the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only.
For cancellations by 14 September 2009, the registration
fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25 % for
adminis trative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations
re ceived after 14 September 2009.
CME Accreditation
The DGPPN Congress 2009 is seeking for accreditation by
the European Council for Continuing Education (EACCME)
to provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits to
physicians.
The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical
Specialists (UEMS). EACCME credits are recognised
Europe­wide and in North America. EACCME credits can be

exchanged for the national equivalent by contacting the respective
National CME authority. EACCME credits are recognised
by the American Medical Association (AMA) towards
the Physician© s Recognition Award (AMA).

CONGRESS ONLINE ® . Here you will find all important facts
of all presentations during the congress. The timetable, floorplan,
topics and the name of the presenters and the title of
their abstracts as well as the Who­is­Who.
CO CONGRESS ONLINE ®
In CO CONGRESS ONLINE ® you will find current information
about the congress. You can put together your personal
congress programme. In addition to that you can use the
search engine to find a particular presentation.
A private mailbox will be installed automatically if you are a
registered participant. Here you will find your booking confirmation
and personal mails.
Congress Programme and Abstracts
The final congress programme will be issued to all re gistered
attendees at the congress in the ICC Berlin.
The abstracts may be ordered subject to charge at
www.dgppn­congress.de. Anticipated price: EUR 30.00
plus mailing costs. The ordered book of abstracts may be
picked up at the ICC Berlin minus mailing costs.
The book of abstracts is also available for downloading and
printing at www.dgppn­congress.de and www.dgppn.de.
It will receive a DOI (digital object identifier) and is thus
quotable.
You will receive a CD ROM of the abstracts from Bristol­
Meyers Squibb GmbH & Co. KgaA / Otsuka Pharmaceuticals
at their stand upon exchange of the voucher which is included
in the congress material.

Association (Bundesärztekammer) all speakers, chairs and
presenters of posters of the scientific and the academy programme
filled out a disclosure form revealing their business
and personal relationships with the industry.
