Ensure that the protective cover over the I/O<br />

switch located on the rear of the device is<br />

intact and functioning properly. This cover<br />

helps prevent accidental pressing of the I/O<br />

switch and stoppage of the ventilation.<br />

Ensure that the device is stabilised.<br />

Call your customer service representative.<br />

Restart ventilator to see if alarm clears. If<br />

not, replace the ventilator and call your<br />

customer service representative.<br />

Connect the ventilator to AC power and<br />

switch on the device using the on/off at the<br />

rear of the ventilator (I/O). Leave to charge<br />

for at least 15 minutes.<br />

If persists restart ventilator to see if alarm<br />

clears. If not, replace the ventilator and call<br />

your customer service representative.<br />

integrity, and verify the exhalation block is<br />

properly seated.<br />

defective component(s) and call your<br />

customer service representative.<br />

Battery charging impossible.<br />

Do not disconnect the ventilator from the<br />

AC power supply. Ensure that the power<br />

cable is installed according to the<br />

instructions in chapter 4, “Installation and<br />

Assembly”, so that the power cable cannot<br />

be involuntarily disconnected.<br />

In the event the internal battery capacity is<br />

low, use an alternate device to ventilate the<br />

patient.<br />

Call your customer service representative.<br />
