• Settling of Accounts<br />
Games-related personnel were required to<br />
vacate their rooms by February 26. On the following<br />
day, NAOC sent a request to each accommodation<br />
facility asking for confirmation<br />
of the total room charges. After the charges<br />
were mutually confirmed in writing, payment<br />
in full for all outstanding balances was paid<br />
by March 18.<br />
