Prerequisites:<br />
1. Formal prerequisite: <strong>Software</strong> maintenance agreement, refer to:<br />

2. Technical prerequisite: Active internet connection<br />

3. If there is an active internet connection, the program checks whether a new update is available on<br />
the server according to the settings on the page Internet update:<br />
o daily at first program start<br />
o or on clicking Check now … .<br />
If you are using a proxy server, you can enter the required settings here.<br />
4. If a new release or new databases are available, the program will close and the installation program<br />
will be downloaded to the Desktop and run from there.<br />
Proxy settings<br />
<strong>T*SOL</strong> is using your computer's system proxy settings to connect to the network.<br />
2.5 Maintenance agreement<br />
To make sure that you always work with the latest version of our programs and have the latest<br />
component data available, we recommend that you take advantage of our <strong>Software</strong> Maintenance<br />

The software maintenance covers:<br />
• Download of software updates, i.e. new program releases,<br />
• Download of new component databases e.g. collector or tank database.<br />
• Responding to general questions regarding delivery, serial numbers and activation of the<br />
software program/s and updates, as well as the ability to access component data.<br />
2.6 Licensing Terms and Provisions<br />
How many times can the program be installed?<br />
The number of permissible installations corresponds to the number of licenses you have purchased. If,<br />
for example, you have purchased a single-user license, you may install the program on one workstation.<br />
In addition, you can activate the program on a second computer, e.g. a laptop. However, this is only<br />
possible on the condition that the two installations are not used simultaneously.<br />
Licensing Provisions<br />
Menu Help > Info ... > Program Info > View License<br />
The license is displayed as .pdf file.<br />
