RECOMMENDED ACTION: Report
PREVIOUS ACTION: On December 10, 1994, the Board of Regents amended Section 3.2 of
the Bylaws of the Board of Regents to delegate to the President, or
administrative officers designated by the President, authority to make
appointments in the Academic-Administrative staff to faculty positions
and to administrative positions below the rank of Dean and equivalent
ranks. Executive Memorandum No. 13 subsequently delegated authority
to the Chancellors to make Academic-Administrative appointments
below the level of Dean. Such appointments at the rank of assistant
professor or above are required by the Bylaws of the Board of Regents to
be reported to the Board after each quarter and maintained on file as
public record in the Office of the Corporation Secretary.
EXPLANATION: This report includes the campus personnel actions for the period of April
1, 2008 through June 30, 2008.

In addition, there is a listing of new Continuous, Promotion, and
Emeritus appointments which have been made for the academic and
fiscal year 2007-2008.
Finally, a listing of salaries for academic and administrative personnel
with the rank of Assistant Professor or equivalent and above for the
academic and fiscal year 2008-2009 is provided.
