Project History:<br />
The west bound lanes of Hwy. 10 were<br />
constructed in 1951. A joint sealing project was<br />
conducted in 1974, followed by a repair project in<br />
1997. The shoulders and turn lanes are<br />
bituminous.<br />
Project Benefits:<br />
The new pavement will provide a smooth ride and<br />
will require minimal maintenance over the next 20<br />
years. The widened lanes will meet current<br />
standards.<br />

Project Description:<br />
Pavement replacement on westbound lanes<br />
from St. Cloud to Clear Lake, includes<br />
intersection reconstruction at 15th Avenue<br />
SE in St. Cloud and at Hwy 24 in Clear<br />
Lake. The existing 11 foot wide travel lanes<br />
will be widened to 12 feet to meet current<br />
standards.<br />
