Project History:<br />
SP 8103-49 is the third construction stage of a<br />
four-lane expansion of Hwy 14 from Mankato to<br />
Owatonna. The design of the road will be rural,<br />
four-lane, depressed median, expressway with<br />
grade-separated overpasses and interchanges.<br />
Project Benefits:<br />
Provides continuity between adjacent four-lane<br />
section, improves safety with 4-lane divided design<br />
and removing at-grade crossings, increases<br />
highway capacity<br />
