Figure 5.1 shows that in both non users and users <strong>of</strong> e-services internet experience was apparent.<br />

However, it was concluded that e-service users have more internet experience than staff members not<br />

using the e-service. For example, 34% <strong>of</strong> e-service users have more than 10 years internet experience;<br />

whereas no individual from the „other‟ category had more than 10 years internet experience.<br />

Figure 5.2 below shows the education level <strong>of</strong> both e-service users and non-users. E-service users had<br />

higher level <strong>of</strong> education, for example, 34% had postgraduate degrees, 22% bachelor degree, 19% high<br />

diploma, 19% high school and 6% below high school. Comparatively, the other category had no<br />

postgraduate degree holders, 17% undergraduates, 39% higher qualifications diploma, 33% high<br />

school and 11% below high school qualifications.<br />
