order to understand and know how to<br />

use it.<br />

staff argued that some e-services are<br />

complex even after attending training<br />

“Yes I did training, like International Computer<br />

Driving License to know about computers in<br />

general and also courses in the training<br />

department about new e-services in ADPF…<br />

After taking these courses I am fine with most eservices<br />

but sometimes I forget about something<br />

and ask about it…” (Male, 51-60, high school,<br />

low level, 1-2 years <strong>of</strong> internet experience)<br />

“I don‟t know how many times, it depends on<br />

which e-service you are talking about. Some are<br />

easy and others are more difficult…like the eclub<br />

have many things and it took me a lot <strong>of</strong><br />

time to know it, even after attending training.<br />

transactions can be sent for approval<br />

electronically to different staff members in<br />

different departments; therefore, this led to<br />

accomplish more work and faster.<br />

“…yes it is good for communication…in the<br />

beginning I was tense but then after using it for<br />

some time I began to feel comfortable…” (Male,<br />
