completed on time. Reviews of<br />
current insurance levels have<br />
indicated adequacy of cover with<br />
the exception of <strong>Council</strong>s fine art<br />
collection and cover for general<br />
exhibitions both of which have<br />
been increased from the existing<br />
$850K to now being $1.3 million<br />
to cover an expanded art<br />
collection and more expensive<br />
exhibits.<br />

through statistical analysis<br />

indicators with results and<br />
intervention strategies reviewed<br />
and endorsed by senior<br />
management.<br />

exposure to public &<br />

2.1 Review of statistical<br />
information to highlight<br />
emerging trends & develop<br />
appropriate strategic<br />

Identify and prioritise<br />
emerging trends and<br />
introduce procedures to<br />
contain the exposure to<br />
the risks.<br />
Detailed data collection and<br />
statistical analysis combined with<br />
established KPIs sets minimum<br />
standards of compliance enforced<br />
via senior management. Risk<br />
registers being developed and<br />
integration of lead and lag<br />
indicator sources ensure<br />
continuous improvement.<br />
