Along with reviewing <strong>Council</strong>'s current Enforcement Policy, there is a need to develop a standard priority<br />
assessment of non complying developments, while continuing to provide additional training to<br />
administration and regulatory staff addressing such matters.<br />
<strong>Council</strong> will continue to use a database system, which allocates timeframes for responses to non<br />
complying development complaints and records actions taken during the investigation process.<br />
