Representative consulate or country association should be established for the countries with the largest migrant populations in Antigua, for the purpose of advocacy, support and social connections. Provide literacy classes for the non-English speaking migrants. Purpose: This will help them to be able to read and write in English so that they are more informed of their options and opportunities. Vocational classes in English/Spanish can be provided for the sex workers. Purpose: this will help them to learn extra skills to be more marketable and change their profession if they so desire. These training could be provided by NGO, FBO, GO or private organizations. 111
