Experience during medical check-up
Of the participants, 27.1% reported that they received excellent treatment during their
medical checkup. According to findings it is reported that a clean facility, good customer
care and an inviting friendly atmosphere coupled with quality medical service and
confidentiality is considered excellence. Others reported that the service was excellent
because the checkup was done in the Dominican Republic. The 50% that had a good
experience stated that there was a measure of friendliness and the doctor was nice, though
quite a few indicated that this was because their most recent checkup was in their country
of origin. 1.7% said that they received poor service citing lack of manners and the use of
swabs while 18.4% of the persons indicated that the question was not applicable to them
because they did not seek any services.
