Discrimination faced
50.5% of the men reported no discrimination while 25.2% felt discriminated against
because of their nationality. 12.6% felt discrimination because of their gender and some
of these used to term to refer to their sexual orientation. The 8.4% who reported other, all
felt discriminated against because they were MSM. 3.1% respectively felt they were
discriminated against because of their ethnicity or profession.

Frequency of discrimination
4.2% reported feeling discriminated against daily, which was impacting their lives and
behavior as they were constantly conscious of being observed. 5.2% said regularly and
25.2% said sometimes. 23.1 said they never felt discrimination but no further enquires
were done to see if they were known to be MSM. 20% said they were unsure how often
they were discriminated against, but did feel the effects at time.
