Experience during medical check-up
The 25.2% who stated that the services they received were excellent gave reasons such as
good service, good staff, fellow countrymen attended to them, etc.
The 35.7% who reported good service said it was because of friendly staff,
professionalism, okay service, friendly, caring, helpful, etc.
5.2% reported poor service because of lack of professionalism, not helpful, unfriendly
staff, etc.
