Experience during medical check-up
A quarter of the men stated that their experience was excellent while 35.7 stated that
theirs was good. 5.2% thought their experiences were poor and the others did not have
any check-ups. Details of their responses follow:
Excellent because of – kindness, good service, it was quick and easy, felt loved, familiar
with doctor, friendly staff, good service, learnt something new, caring doctor, fellow
countrymen were there, helpful staff, surgery was successful. (Good service was the
overwhelming response).
Good because of – professionalism, results were good, service was ok, friendly, caring,
helpful, competent, comfortable environment, felt at home, felt safe, explanation was
given, clarifying doubt. (Friendly staff was the most overwhelming answer).
Poor because – lack of professionalism, time consuming, not helpful, unclean
environment and unfriendly staff, feeling of discomfort.
Other included – unsure, can’t recall, it was overseas, was a while back, it was
satisfactory.
