ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE<br />

This matter having been heard upon the Stipulation for Discipline entered into<br />

by the Accused and the <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bar</strong>, and good cause appearing,<br />

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is<br />

approved and the Accused is suspended from the practice of law for 180 days,<br />

effective three days from the date of this order, for violation of DR 1-102(A)(3) and<br />

DR 7-102(A)(5).<br />
