ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE
This matter having been heard upon the Stipulation for Discipline entered into
by Penny L. Davis and the Oregon State Bar, and good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is
approved. The Accused is suspended from the practice of law for 120 days for
violation of DR 1-103(C), DR 6-101(B), and DR 7-101(A)(2) of the Code of
Professional Responsibility, effective June 1, 2005, or three days after the date of this
order, whichever is later.
