ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE
This matter having been heard upon the Stipulation for Discipline entered into
by Alexander Gregory (hereinafter “Accused”), and the Oregon State Bar, and good
cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is
approved. The Accused is publicly reprimanded for violation of DR 2-110(A)(3) and
DR 9-101(C)(4) of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
