Oregon case law is in accord. Lawyers without any record of prior discipline
were publicly reprimanded for conduct that violated DR 2-110(A) and DR 6-101(B)
in the following matters: In re Koch, 18 DB Rptr 92 (2004) (when accused was also
found to have violated DR 9-101(C)(4)); In re Hanson, 16 DB Rptr 64 (2002); In re
Coyner, 16 DB Rptr 315 (2002).

Consistent with the Standards and Oregon case law, the parties agree that the
Accused shall be publicly reprimanded for violation of DR 2-110(A)(2) and DR
6-101(B) of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
12.
This Stipulation for Discipline is subject to review by Disciplinary Counsel of
the Oregon State Bar and to approval by the State Professional Responsibility Board
(“SPRB”). If approved by the SPRB, the parties agree the stipulation is to be
submitted to the Disciplinary Board for consideration under the terms of BR 3.6.
