<strong>Oregon</strong> case law is in accord. Lawyers without any record of prior discipline<br />

were publicly reprimanded for conduct that violated DR 2-110(A) and DR 6-101(B)<br />

in the following matters: In re Koch, 18 DB Rptr 92 (2004) (when accused was also<br />

found to have violated DR 9-101(C)(4)); In re Hanson, 16 DB Rptr 64 (2002); In re<br />

Coyner, 16 DB Rptr 315 (2002).<br />

11.<br />

Consistent with the Standards and <strong>Oregon</strong> case law, the parties agree that the<br />

Accused shall be publicly reprimanded for violation of DR 2-110(A)(2) and DR<br />

6-101(B) of the Code of Professional Responsibility.<br />

12.<br />

This Stipulation for Discipline is subject to review by Disciplinary Counsel of<br />

the <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bar</strong> and to approval by the <strong>State</strong> Professional Responsibility <strong>Board</strong><br />

(“SPRB”). If approved by the SPRB, the parties agree the stipulation is to be<br />

submitted to the Disciplinary <strong>Board</strong> for consideration under the terms of BR 3.6.<br />
