ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE<br />

This matter having been heard upon the Stipulation for Discipline entered into<br />

by the Accused and the <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bar</strong>, and good cause appearing,<br />

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is<br />

approved and the Accused is suspended from the practice of law for 60 days,<br />

effective seven days after the date of this Order, for violation of DR 2-106(A),<br />

DR 3-101(B), DR 6-101(A), and DR 6-101(B).<br />
