ORDER ACCEPTING STIPULATION UPON REVIEW<br />

Upon consideration by the court.<br />

The <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bar</strong> and Elissa M. Ryan have filed a stipulation upon review<br />

that they find the trial panel opinion in this matter acceptable and the discipline<br />

imposed appropriate. The parties further petition the court to review this matter<br />

without briefs and argument.<br />

The court accepts the parties’ stipulation. Elissa M. Ryan is suspended from<br />

the practice of law in <strong>Oregon</strong> for 18 months. The suspension is effective 60 days<br />

from the date of this order.<br />
