ORDER ACCEPTING STIPULATION UPON REVIEW
Upon consideration by the court.
The Oregon State Bar and Elissa M. Ryan have filed a stipulation upon review
that they find the trial panel opinion in this matter acceptable and the discipline
imposed appropriate. The parties further petition the court to review this matter
without briefs and argument.
The court accepts the parties’ stipulation. Elissa M. Ryan is suspended from
the practice of law in Oregon for 18 months. The suspension is effective 60 days
from the date of this order.
