One-year suspension.
Effective Date of Order: June 1, 2005
ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE
Upon consideration by the court.
The court approves the Stipulation for Discipline. The accused is suspended
from the practice of law in the State of Oregon for a period of one year. The
sanction shall become effective June 1, 2005. In addition, the accused shall also pay
to the Oregon State Bar its reasonable and necessary costs in the amount of
$1,180.50. This amount shall be paid in full before the accused is eligible to apply
for reinstatement as an active member of the Oregon State Bar.
