Imposition of a reprimand is consistent with Oregon case law. See In re
Willes, 17 DB Rptr 271 (2003) (reprimand for lawyer who violated DR 1-102(A)(4)
and DR 6-101(B) by failing to appear or appear timely at hearings and failing to
communicate with his client).
17.
Consistent with the Standards and Oregon case law, the parties agree that the
Accused shall be reprimanded for violations of DR 1-102(A)(4) and DR 6-101(B),
the sanction to be effective immediately.
18.
This Stipulation for Discipline is subject to review by Disciplinary Counsel of
the Oregon State Bar and to approval by the SPRB. If approved by the SPRB, the
parties agree the stipulation is to be submitted to the Disciplinary Board for
consideration under the terms of BR 3.6.
