ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE
This matter having been heard upon the Stipulation for Discipline entered into
by the Accused and the Oregon State Bar, and good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is
approved and the Accused is suspended for 60 days, effective November 9, 2005, or
the day after approval by the Disciplinary Board, whichever is later, for violation of
DR 5-101(A) (two counts) and DR 5-105(C) (two counts).
