ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE<br />

This matter having been heard upon the Stipulation for Discipline entered into<br />

by Michael R. Genna (hereinafter “Accused”), and the <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Bar</strong>, and good<br />

cause appearing,<br />

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is<br />

approved. The Accused is suspended from the practice of law for 60 days for<br />

violation of DR 1-102(A)(4), DR 7-110(B)(2), and DR 7-110(B)(3) of the Code of<br />

Professional Responsibility, the suspension effective May 1, 2005, or three days after<br />

the date of this order, whichever is later.<br />
