ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE
Upon consideration by the court.
The court approves the Stipulation for Discipline. The accused is suspended
from the practice of law in the State of Oregon for a period of two years, and shall
run consecutively to the accused’s current three-year suspension. The sanction shall
be effective as of September 27, 2005.
