ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE<br />

Upon consideration by the court.<br />

The court approves the Stipulation for Discipline. The accused is suspended<br />

from the practice of law in the <strong>State</strong> of <strong>Oregon</strong> for a period of two years, and shall<br />

run consecutively to the accused’s current three-year suspension. The sanction shall<br />

be effective as of September 27, 2005.<br />
