Gas: There is a gas service valve assembly in the vicinity <strong>of</strong> the electrical panel box. It<br />

is unknown at this time whether gas service will continue to the new "Lens" pier. See<br />

Photo 10.<br />

<strong>St</strong>orm Sewer: The aforementioned observations on the parking lot drainage system<br />

were the only ones made. Further drainage investigation is necessary following receipt<br />

<strong>of</strong> existing storm water plans and the topographic survey.<br />

Sanitary Sewer: No evidence <strong>of</strong> a sanitary service was observed in the upland area.<br />

However, such a system does exist on the existing Pier (see below), and the connection<br />

to the <strong>City</strong> sewer system is by means <strong>of</strong> a force main running under the access road<br />

corridor.
