Written SOQs (One Original and Eight hard copies and one copy on a CD in PDF format)
must be delivered to the office of the Engineering & Capital Improvements Director,
Seventh Floor, Attn: Bryan Eichler, Municipal Services Center, One Fourth Street North,
St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, by 4:00 P.M. on July 19, 2011.
Jury/staff review and selection of three (3) shortlisted Teams to participate in the Competition.
Shortlisted Team selection presented to City Council for approval.
STAGE 2. Design Concept Submission:

September 19-20, 2011 Competition mandatory briefing for shortlisted Teams
