and Personal Developing Planning (PDP) support these strategies.
Team Based Performance Management: Team Based Performance
the Irish Health Services. The process is about helping team members
understand their roles, objectives and key performance indicators,
and, giving and receiving feedback whilst setting in place actions to
support performance and quality improvement. It enables better
communication and participation within and among teams, usually
giving:
• Greater clarity on roles and purpose, which are linked with the
service plan.
• Increased motivation by providing a structure whereby
Employees can contribute to organisation goals, thereby
