Keep your data updated<br />
All data (including electronic) held by the <strong>Hospital</strong> in relation <strong>to</strong> its<br />
Employees is held in accordance with the provisions of the Data<br />
Protection Acts, 1998 <strong>to</strong> 2003. Should any of your personal details<br />
change during your employment with the <strong>Hospital</strong>, please advise the<br />
Human Resources Department in writing so that your records can be<br />
updated accordingly.<br />
Such situations might be:<br />
• Current Address. • Current Telephone Number.<br />
• Marital <strong>St</strong>atus. • Next of Kin.<br />
• Change of Name. • Special Needs / Facilities.<br />
