Coaching: At this <strong>Hospital</strong> we aim <strong>to</strong> fully develop our internal talent,<br />

maximise our Employees’ abilities and ensure that Employees are<br />

motivated and happy in their working life. One method we use <strong>to</strong> do<br />

this is through a coaching facility that is offered for both teams and<br />

individuals.<br />

There are a number of benefits <strong>to</strong> availing of coaching, including:<br />

• Better work life/other life balance.<br />

• Increased confidence.<br />

Online Learning: Employees are encouraged <strong>to</strong> supplement their<br />

attendance at training courses with a number of online learning<br />

programmes that cover <strong>to</strong>pics as diverse as “Equality & Diversity”, HSE<br />

Record Management and computer training. The online learning<br />

programmes available <strong>to</strong> all HSE staff can be found at the Learning<br />

Centre at www.hseland.ie and can be used outside of work hours or<br />

by agreement with your manager.<br />
